Q. How do I get the models to snap to 90-degree rotations?
A. Press the “s” key and the model will snap to the closest 90-degree position.

Q. Why can’t I move the model?
A. You must be in the “Place Units” selection only, if you are and you still can’t move the model, try selecting another model and then clicking back to the model you want to move. You can also try changing the view, working from a top view may give you more control.

Q. Why doesn’t the print image show-up in my email?
A. Please check your “junk” mail or see if it has been designated as “spam.”

Q. Can I get other brands of inflatables to put in my scenes?
A. No, the Facilitator™ is designed exclusively for use with both Cutting Edge Creation’s and iBounce inflatables.

Q. Can I change the color of the inflatables?
A. No, the colors shown are what is available.

Q. Can I change the color of the props, i.e: chairs, trees, fence, etc?
A. Anything colored “gray”, such as tents, dividing walls, etc., can be colored by dragging the color onto the object, much the same as you do to color walls. However, the colors shown objects such as casino tables, trees – anything with color already, cannot be changed.

Q. Can I have the walkthrough actually go on the inflatables?
A. No, the walkthrough is limited to walking around the objects in the scene.

Q. I can see the unit I want but the FACILITATOR™ will not let me put it in the scene – why?
A. Try making room for the 3d model that you have selected, this may mean that you have to move some of your models around or you may need to increase the room size.

Q. The 3d model that I want to select is in a red-tone and I cannot put it in the scene – why?
A. If your room height is set lower than the size of the inflatable then the 3d model will be darkened in a red-tone, making it unavailable. Try increasing the room dimensions (height especially) in the “Edit Room” section.

Q. Can I change the color of objects such as kiosks, flexi-flags, etc?
A. You can currently change the color of objects within the Assorted Objects sub-category of “Place Units,” such as dividers, pillars, walls and floors. Coming soon - you will be able to change the color of many objects and accessories, including flexi-flags and kiosks.

Q. I don’t see my CEC inflatable as one of the models I can choose – why?
A. Not all the 3d models have been created, we have posted a list of what is available now and when to expect the remaining units. You will see the full inventory of products over the next few months – stay tuned.

Q. I had four units loaded into my facility. They all fit just fine, but the last unit was placed in the space with the entrance facing the opposite of what I wanted. I was unable to rotate it because of the space constraints. Is there a way to rotate that unit while the other units are in place – or is it possible to specify the orientation of the unit when placing it?
A. You need to think ahead just a bit when working in a limited space. You cannot specify the orientation of the unit before placing it, however, since it only takes a minute to delete a model and reinstate it back into the room, this can be done quite quickly. In future versions we hope to correct this limitation.

Q. Will you be adding Tents, Kiosks and other outdoor amusement products to the assorted models?
A. Yes, we have already started to add additional objects. These include casino tables, tents, kiosks, dunk tanks, etc.
