Delaware – September 1, 2026 — Inflatable Works, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of N-Flatables Cutting Edge Creations. Inflatable Works, Inc. will use the assets to continue operations under the name Cutting Edge Creations, carrying forward the brand’s strong reputation, creative legacy, and commitment to its customers for over 30 years.

Importantly, the heart of Cutting Edge Creations remains unchanged. Inflatable Works, Inc. hired the same experienced staff, management, and creative talent that customers have worked with and trusted over the years will continue to lead day-to-day operations, projects, and customer relationships. This continuity ensures that the service, craftsmanship, and personal attention customers expect will remain exactly the same.

The acquisition was led by a group of seasoned industry professionals, including members of the leadership team at Magic Jump, Inc., whose role is to support the existing team with additional operational experience and long-term resources—while allowing the Cutting Edge Creations team to remain true to its people and culture.

Customers can expect business to continue as usual, with no interruption to products, services, or ongoing projects. The new Cutting Edge Creations will operate through the previous iteration’s established platforms, including www.cuttingedgecreations.com, with the same team delivering the same creative solutions.
